Leadership! A term millions of heads thinks they have its attributes. Being a leader is being a redeemer. The responsibility of the majority lies on the shoulder of their leaders. His flaw is their flaws as his triumph is also their victory.
Who is a Leader? A leader is that individual who at the detriment of his own pleasure, sacrifices for the people he is appointed, chosen or elected to preside over. He should be revolutionary. He needs to be innovative, charismatic, vigorous and virtuous. A leader must rise above all obstacles in order to meet up expectations. So much is usually expected from a leader because he is there to lead and when you lead, people give you their trust and belief in you. We all are leaders of one group, party, congregation or nation. We all are born leaders irrespective of our number or position in the family.
Lead your nation into greatness. Propel your people into great achievement and success. Never let anyone deny you of your leadership right because ‘We all are born leader.
I am Quadri Qudus Bolaji. I am a leader of my nation, my people, my congregation, my clan. I am neither the best leader yet nor am I the worst of all leaders. I try to get better day by day. I work on my mistakes for them not to occur again. I fight, shout and preside over my people in a Kingly manner just as my nickname implies QIDAKINGIN.
Are you a Leader? Are you revolutionary? Are you trying to be the best you can be? Work on your leadership qualities. Stand firm, stand tall and make sure you KING your dom and make it a KINGDOM.

Going by the Dictionary meaning of the word ‘Trust’, according to Wikitionary.org , Trust is defined as ‘’confidence in or reliance on some person or quality.’’ With this simple meaning of Trust, we can see that having trust in someone really means a lot.
